منظمة جمورابي لحقوق الانسان تكشف عن انتهاكات حقوقية مسكوت عنها في الوقت الحاضر  آفة الأمية والتسرب من المدارس تسود جميع المحافظات العراقية.  المد الأصولي الظلامي والتهديدات الأمنية وحركة النزوح واللجوء والعنف الآسري اسباب مركزية في انتشار هذه الآفة.  ما المطلوب من وزارة التربية والجهات الحقوقية في التصدي لهذه الظاهرة التي تهدد حضارة البلاد. • من الانتهاكات الحقوقية المسكوت عنها في الوقت الحاضر تفشي الأمية مجددا في العراق، بعد أن كانت البلاد من البلدان السباقة في القضاء على هذه الآفة الاجتماعية الخطيرة.
